Tartan Mechanical, Inc.

Prompt, polite, tidy, friendly, professional and effective

I looked on line for the type of water heater I wanted and they were one of the two sites I clicked on for more info, they called me before I had gotten off the computer, I would say we had a response from them within 5 mins. He came out and replaced our water heater in a very timely fashion, very well pleased with the service, would absolutly reccommed them and use them again! Great Job!!!!!!!

he did the job i expected perfectly

Service was prompt and thorough. Price was just right. I was very satisfied with their service.

Thank you Graeme!!!!! Your employee was more than professional. He was early for the arrival time, which certainly is much better thank being late. He came in to look at the situation for a few minutes, returned to his truck to get the equipment he needed. Came in and went right to it. And got the problem solved in very short order. Explained to me what I should do to make sure the lines were completely flushed after he left. Just a very nice experience dealing with your company. I would recommend your company to anybody and everybody that needs plumbing services. Thank You again. J. Martin Syracuse, NY

On time and profssional

I had a very good experience with Tartan Mechanical from the estimate and right through the job. The job was completed quickly and it was done right the first time. I will use this company again for any plumbing problems that I may have in the future.

Clean neat and very professional. Gave me a quote, did the job quickly and professionally. Excellent and talented workers.

They were here on time, did the work quickly and were nothing but professional.

They called same day I found them through Servicemagic. All I had was a clogged drain and they were at my house and fixed it the next morning. No job is too small for them. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tartan Mechanical.

On time and professional. Took care of all issue quickly with fast service date.

Class A job from the contact phone call to the job that was done. We had a clogged drain in the basement and man arrived 10 minutes early and was done with the job in record time. Everything was done professionally and on time. We would definitely recommend Tartan to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Very reliable and quality of work excellent.

Service was fast! There was still a still problem the next day, but they came right back and fixed it right away.

Quick and speedy service

The repairman arrived lightning fast; I called with repair request & he arrived within the hour! He was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable concerning my repair. He went straight to work & was properly finished before I knew it! He then explained the functioning of the new installation & presented me with my billing invoice! Usually you sweat & bite your nails awaiting the final bill but the price was far less than I had expected especially with such quick, speedy & efficient service that was provided! I would have no guilt about recommending this business to friends or family! This was a very pleasant transaction all around!

Very prompt and courteous. Job was split in two parts while we await a sink that had to be ordered.

On time . Professional. Cleaned up. More than happy with the job and service. Would recommend to anyone.
