Tarver's Floors & More

I was not pleased with part of the work he did for me. He is a pro doing floors, countertops and other things. What he did for me, part of his work was good but some of it I wasn't pleased with. He did this work for me in Oct of last year. He told me it was guaranteed for a year. I called him right after he finished and told him he needed to come back and check a little strip he didn't put close enough together. The squirrels could get through and go back in my attic. He said he came back and looked at it when I wasn't here. Said he would come back and redo it, but never did. I have called him several times. The first time I called him, he answered his phone and told me he would come the end of the week and fix it. He never came. I called him several times after that and left him a message every time I called. He never called me back. I called him this morning and left him a message and he has not called me back. He replaced 4 sheets of ply board outside, removed and fixed a little strip of my gutter and put it back, and replaced facial board. I think that's what he has on my bill. Finished installing a storm door. Had to get him to take it down and redo it. He left cracks on both sides, so he had to take it down and put it up again. He did good on some and I wasn't pleased with some. Does he still work for HomeAdvisor? Thank you. Bernie H.[Consumer name withheld at their request]
