Mike is very responsive. After moving into a new home, I had him install a new gas fitting, turn on the water in an outdoor shower, troubleshoot a shower leak, clean out a jacuzzi drain, and fix a leaky john. I was very satisfied with his work.

I had a small job, but needed to get it done quickly because I had tenants coming in just a few days. Michael Tasso came out to the house the day I called and evaluated the problem. He assured me he would be back in three or four days to fix the problem. He was true to his word. The price was less than his original estimate!

He responded rapidly to my call, stopped by the house within 2 hours, assessed the job, found the shower replacement parts, and returned the next day with parts in hand and within a half hour fixed the dripping faucet and faucet cartridge. I could have not asked for more.
