Tate Constructions built my home over nine years ago, and it's still my dream home. They finished faster than I thought possible and worked with me at every step to stay within budget. I would use them again if I ever build again.

Easy to work with. Quality workmanship. Very responsive. Stayed on budget. No surprises. I will be using Tate Construction for my future remodeling needs.

Tate Construction did a fantastic job with my condo remodel. We completely rebuilt the kitchen with granite, new cupboards, appliances, etc. and it turned out beautifully. New flooring, painting, complete bathroom remodel, carpet, etc. The work got done quickly and affordably. We were newbies at this whole construction thing, and Tate Construction coached us throughout the process. The end result was better than we expected. My sister is gearing up for a kitchen remodel now, and if I would recommend Tate Construction to her, I would recommend Tate Construction to anyone.

Tate Construction took over the completion of our home, after we had sat for over 6 months with a prior contractor, whom kept procrastinating (going over $30,000 in budget) Aaron came to our rescue, we don't know what we would have done without him ! Exceptional experience, many characteristics that stand out are that he is timely, organized with his paperwork, in getting all the bills paid, made sure everything was done well ~ Aaron is very much a perfectionist. All of the above reasons are why I appreciate him so much. I recommend him very highly to everyone.
