I honestly don?t even know where to start. The manager from Tate The Great Moving Company came by today to drop off a piece of glass from my outdoor table that was left on their moving truck. While here, he said he wanted to further discuss what happened during my move yesterday. During our conversation, he brought up my previous review and essentially tried to bargain with me to take it down. I told him that if anything, the company should consider refunding part of our payment due to how unprofessional and unpleasant the experience was. He said he?d have to speak with the owner, and while he did apologize numerous times for how the move went ? including confirming that one of the movers actually pooped in my toilet ? the entire situation was still unacceptable.
He even said he could tell I ?had sense and wasn?t dumb,? which was unnecessary and condescending.

These guys are great. They showed up precisely on time, they were friendly and helpful, completely accommodating, patient, and understanding. They found the storage unit where I kept most of my stuff, even after I accidentally gave them the wrong address!! And the move only cost a little over half of what I thought it would! I'll recommend these fellows to anybody.

This company was wonderful. I've used several moving companies over the years, however this company by far was the best. Everything went seamlessly. They were timely, they protected my furniture and made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a moving company.

They charge by the hour and drag the job out. Broke a piece and didn't say anything about it.

First and foremost, If your furniture was damaged by one of our movers please give us a call at 770-833-6603 to resolve this matter. Every local household move is charged on a per hour basis with a 2 hour minimum Monday through Friday and a 3 hour minimum Saturday through Sunday.Our 3 man crew worked non-stop to move your 3 bedroom house in 5.50 hours. On an average, it takes between 6 to 8 hours to move a 3 bedroom house. We`re sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your move because we value every customers time and budget. Very responsive, showed up early. They stayed until the job was done. Out of the 5 guys 2 were not as skilled.
