Cannot really answer these questions honestly, as the actual remodeling job has not been started. The material is ordered, but in the beginning, Tate said the job would start in late June. However, when he returned again to measure and choose the cabinets I asked when it would be started he said not until late Sept. Which was a great disappointment for me. I paid $9,000 that day so he could order the cabinets etc. (Which he did. Tate is very accommodating and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I guess the delay is due to the waiting time for the cabinets to be ready. Hopefully, the job will not be delayed again!

To date this contractor has performed very well. The job is not finished yet, waiting for the counter top to be installed. Once installed the contractor will finish. The contractor has worked around our needs to have a minimal impact due to the kitchen under contraction. Workmenship is excellent. Just finished the project except for two stand-a-lone cabinets. (These cabinets were returned because they were to wrong ones.) Contractor will return when they arrive. The kitchen looks great as does the breakfast area, hallway and entrance. Quality workmanship. Would hire again.

I felt confident of Nathan s capabilities when I met him, he was knowledgeable in the work we needed done and he made us aware if there was a problem that would be additional costs, and that I appreciate in a company

Nathan was very reliable and did an excellent job with major home repairs work to an enclosed porch on our home. He completed all of the work promised within the timeframe and budget estimated. Nathan used quality products and was very professional. We were very happy with the outcome!

Nathan is very conscientious, and gets things done in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process. The end results exceeded my expectations
