We liked working with Sergio Castillo. We would hire him again.

Sergio was very friendly and knowledgeable about bathroom tiles. He meet me at a warehouse to choose an appropriate tile and came back another day install 2 bathrooms over 2 days. The finished product looks good and feels solid. Some of the trim areas (grout lines) near the walls are a little uneven in places. I think the overall price was reasonable, with the exception of the additional charge to come back and seal the grout.

Sergio installed a new tile countertops and stone backsplash in my kitchen. His work was perfect! He was easy to contact (Thank you, Monique), prompt, courteous, started the job right on time, stayed with it until it was finished, also right on time, and his price was very reasonable. I had one tiny thing I wanted changed and he took care of it right away and without complaint. I recently needed his help to finish a job started by someone else and he was there within 48 hours! My house is 97 years old, and over the past 20 years, I've worked with many contractors , but Sergio was by far the best. I would recommend him without reservation.

I hired Tati's to demo a bathtub and build a custom slate shower. They showed up right on time, returned all calls promptly, worked overtime to complete the project on schedule. I plan on hiring them to do more work in my house. Excellent service and workmanship.

I am very happy with what they did , they are very experinced. They came in ready to dio the work I was amazed at the skill of the men that layed my Tile floor. Sergio the owner is a very fine man to deal with . I would Recomend then anytime. They will be back to do a Back splash in the future. Sergio's company has a grate rating . I saw on bad , remark on his rating , Anyone who has as many good ratings as He does , the one bad is nothing.I feel you can't please everyone. I see that in my work field.

Tati's Remodeling (Sergio, Monique and crew) are the most conscientious contractors we have ever had to do work for us. We have several projects they are suited for and we will be calling on them to perform that work when the time comes. Sergio and Monique are courteous and professional. Tatis remodeling crew members are diligent and focused on the work at hand. The work area was cleaned up every day and the work was performed and completed per our specification. Our bathroom went from dull to WOW!

Tati's did a great job and they were great to work with. They showed up on time for the estimate, and were courteous, helpful, and provided an estimate right away. The work the performed was fine and on schedule.

It was great and they work fast.

They took out our shower towel bar and never replaced it. The tiles near the faucet are bowed out. The caulking has bubbled. The floor does not appear to be level. There was a leak in an adjoining pipe immedilately after this job; while the contractor came back to look at it, brought a plumber to fix the leak, they told me it wasn't their fault. I am left with very large drywall holes. I am very unhappy with this job and will not use this contractor again. We worked around their schedule and two months later, we have a room that is not what we'd hoped for after spending $3000.

Sergio was excellent in all areas. My backsplash tiling is great and I would recommend this company.

Wow Floors refinished my kitchen cabinets and installed a ceramic tile countertop and backsplash. Also, major plastering work was done, painting, hanging new doors, etc. My kitchen is just brilliant and although we ran into some delays, Monique Castillo (on the business end), was always keeping me updated on status. She is very professional and customer service-oriented. On the contractor side, Sergio is an artist (and also very service-oriented). He is very detailed and thorough as well. You can't go wrong here - these guys are the greatest. I love my kitchen!!

The response on the estimate was extremely quick. They were able to schedule the job at our convenience, were here when they said they would be, and did an excellent job.

Sergio Castillio and his wife Monique were extremely helpful, courteous and on time with my Kitchen remodeling project. I highly recommend them. Their crew did a wonderful job and even completed the most difficult things I asked them to tackle.

Tati Construction, a division of Wow Floors, performed services including tiling kitchen, 3 baths and a foyer, installing all new cabinetry, appliances, counters and numerous smaller electrical updates (fixtures), etc. The team was honest, dependable, pleasant and very much recomendable. The prices were reasonable, service was prompt. Communications suffered a little, however, promblems in that area were always pleasantly resolved within 24 hours by e-mail or phone.

Mr. Castillo was very knowledgeable and was able to make design suggestions that enhanced our project. He provides excellent workmanship for a fair price.
