Trevor called me and came the same day to see what was happening at my home. He gave me a price that I thought was good, and started right away to repair the roof where they were getting in and setting traps. I really appreciate that they have a 1 year guarantee, and would highly recommend them.

This is an outstanding service oriented company. The owner is very responsive. Answered all my questions, and answered my calls every time I called. Very knowledgeable. I had a rodent problem in my unit (I live in a 4 plex) and the because the entire building needed to be attended to in order to assure absence of rodents in the house, the owner made arrangements with the other owners to have their units attended to also. He went to a lot of extra work to do this. He was professional, timely and of good character. The cost was $300/unit. Unfortunately there was one holdout in the 4-plex...so the other 3 neighbors agreed to kick in $100 in order to assure there would be no rodents in their homes. He has already secured the building, now he's following up on traps set to assure there are no more rodents in the building. I would rate this company a 10. I would highly recommend.

The technician was thoughtful in how to approach handling the problem! It has been resolved and we are rodent free!!

Mr. Taulman inspected the residence, found five specific openings to the attic area, sealed them and returned on three occasions, thereafter, to check for closure and eradication. He warranted his work for one year. Excellent rapport and service from Mr. Taulman.
