Mr Tevella whom I spoke to initially on the phone was very knowledgeable about my sump pump woes. Joe who came to fix the pump was very helpful. I was relieved he wasn't annoyed with my many questions. I was very impressed that Joe gave me a manual for my new pump. He also gave me the model and serial numbers!!! Price wise Tavella were hands down the best. The other company who called were way off the mark and a definite rip off. I would recommend Tavella's to everyone!

Efficient, on time,friendly. Unfortunately I was occupied with other matters and didn't watch the unique connection on my unit was done correctly...and they had to come back to fix...which they did, quickly. There also was a residue of rust which ended up blocking a faucet, but they took care of that also.

VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD ABOUT THE NEEDED REPAIRS, HONEST AND DETAILED ANSWERS WITH POSSIBLE OPTIONS, DIDN'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH OR COME OFF AS TRYING TO TRICK CUSTOMER INTO OVERPAYING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND CALL HIM FOR ANY FUTURE ISSUES.

Timeliness: the appointment was set for a monday morning. Around 10:am I called to confirm and was told Mr. Tavella would come between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. At 3:30 noone was there, I called and Mr.Tavella told me he would be there after 5:00. He came at 6:30. Otherwise, Mr. Tavella provided me with good advises, made suggestions for improvements, and I am satisfied with his services and I would hire him again.
