Despite how busy they must have been post Sandy, Taves was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. In a very stressful time, they relieved a lot of my worries related to unstable trees on my property post Sandy. I am very grateful.

Taves called right away to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. I showed them the trees that i wanted taken down and also the ones I wanted trimmed up. Chris told me how to go about obtaining a permit from Jackson. When I got the permit Taves was there in two days and completed the job in one. All in all it was great experience and I would recommend Taves to anyone that needs a tree service.

I called them last and they responded immmediately. They did everything I asked and were very knowledgeable.

TAVES WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY

The first appointment was delayed for some reason, but the second time Taves showed up right away. It was a somewhat difficult project, since there was a glass roof from a greenhouse right underneath a tall tree that needed some overhanging branches trimmed. The work was professional save and clean. Nothing got dropped on the glass roof and all debris was cleaned up neatly.

We were very happy with Chris. He is a very down to earth person and did a good job. He was reasonable and prompt. The job was cleaned up nicely and done professionally. He does use large heavy equipment that can leave the ground disturbed, but we did not have a problem as the ground was fairly hard from lack of heavy rain.

Chris gave us much more information about the trees in our yard than we had hoped for. He gave us a fair price and completed the job much earlier than discussed. We would definitely use Taves again.
