The two men were very courteous and careful when moving out a very heavy Piano. They took their time To maker sure no damage occurred during the process

I was doing a project and got overwhelmed so I called Christopher and he came out and helped me so much. . His communication skills are excellent. He made everything work out really well

I paid to have ALL vines removed from fences, Root and Stem. That is what they said they would do. They took down most of the vines and bagged them and put them at the curb. They also put big branches out at the curb (not bagged). The city did not pick up the branches, because they have to be under 4 long and bundled. Then he offered to haul away the branches for more money. Wow. Combative through texts and said: It is not my responsibility to know what the requirements for each city are for branch removal. REALLY? As Yard Clean Up business owner? He also said: You did not pay for branch removal. Well, then WHY did they remove branches? They left several of the vines still in the fence. After I complained about it, he said; that tight space was a mini nightmare it might have slipped through the radar but we tried our best. Seriously? I paid for all the vines to be removed and they left a BUNCH. Slipped through the radar? Like they just did not see that they did not remove all the vines? They did come back later and remove the rest of the vines. HOWEVER, I asked them to remove the vines ROOT and STEM. They did not. They only cut them at the base. The roots are still there. My tenant had to drag the big branches back up to the backyard and cut them up herself. Wanted the balance of the agreed price and a positive review BEFORE the job was finished. I was dumb to fall for that.
