We enjoyed our experience with Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Wes, the owner, was very informative and answered all our questions about replacing both units in our home. He emailed detailed quotes the same day that included several replacement options for each unit. We received quotes from several other companies, but Taylorâ s quotes were significantly more affordable than the other quotes. Once we made our decision to move forward with Taylor, they installed both our units within a couple of business days. The mechanics (David, Daniel, and Moses) were great! They were prompt each day (actually arrived earlier than expected), friendly, and ensured that we knew how to operate the equipment once the installation was complete.

Taylor Construction was the first to contact me reading the project. They scheduled a time that worked for me, arrived promptly, quickly identified and repaired the issue. Another company called Total Comfort scheduled me the day before Taylor and gave a four -hour "window". When nobody showed up after four hours I called and was told somebody would be there "eventually". Several hours later I received a voice message saying they would have to reschedule, but I did not call them back. They hounded me all day today... Thank you Taylor Construction!!!

Out of three local contractors, Taylor Construction Services Heating and Air gave us a very competitive quote for replacement of our AC unit and Furnace, and offered better labor warranties than the competitors as well as two maintenance visits in the first year. They were able to schedule the install in a very timely manner. David and Moses, the mechanics on our job, came promptly in the morning as scheduled, were very respectful and communicated well. They worked hard to get it done all in one day and did a terrific job on the installation. The entire process with Taylor Construction was well organized and we were VERY pleased with their service. If you need anything HVAC related, give them a call!

The team was great. Andy was very responsive and helpful in choosing the right HVAC equipment for my house. The install team worked diligently and even stayed late to finish the project in one day. Though the furnace, heat pump, and nee thermostat project wasn’t cheap, I feel good about hiring this company.

This has to be the best experience I have had with any home improvement company hands down. From the first contact to the final installation - everything was perfect. Once I began the search to replace two Air Conditioning units for my house, it was clear once I spoke with Andy and he promptly came out to look at the system and give a quote, that this was the company. Communication prior to installation was great and on the day of installation, 4 very polite and well-dressed employees showed up right on time in well-marked work vans and worked tirelessly throughout the day. A couple of days afterward Joy called to follow up in case I has any questions and was wonderful to talk to. No surprise cost, great customer service, and top-of-the-line professionals. Best company I have dealt with in a very long time!
