He arrived right on time, and fixed what I had previously paid another electrician to fix another ones shabby job. So hopefully, this time I was lucky. The price was a little over what I thought it should have been, but since everything is now working it was worth it. Also, the new fan I had bought to be installed was not working out of the box and he had to take it apart to attach a loose wire in order to get it working. So was better than having to take fan back to exchange it. Will definitely call him again if needed

He came out later in the evening than I expected and was willing to stay as long as it would take to finish. I was nice to have it finished all at once. I got a business card from him and will call for any other electrical needs. Great job!

For what was done I thought it was a little pricey.

Ray was prompt, courteous, and honest. The "other" category was a non-functioning light fixture. He was very honest and immediately determined it was the LIGHT BULBS not the actual fixture/outlet. He proceeded to install 2 light fixtures, indoor/outdoor and was done in no time. I would highly recccommend him.

I called this company in hopes to fix 2 ceiling lighting fan located in 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room is used for a guess room, one is used for an office. (this is important for later) I called Mr. Taylor and left a message on a machine. Did not hear back from him until the following week. I figured this could be a good experience or an indication of a bad. But nonetheless he asked to come out the following day which was a Sunday. Ray was professional and educated me on what was wrong with the fans and what it would take to fix them. He was able to fix the office room but I need to order a part to fix the guess room. I was able to get the part in the following week and Ray responded a few days later and fixed the guess room fan. However before he left I realized the 2 rooms operated on the same switch. I brought that to his attention and he fixed it before leaving. The next day I was working in the office and all of a sudden the lights went out....So I turned them back on and my husband working downstairs calls up and tells me the lights went out....Yep sure enough the office and dining room are on the same setting and you can't use both rooms at the same time in the evening. It also appears that the guess room light operates the light in a 3rd bedroom so you can't use those to rooms at the same time. I called Mr. Taylor 3 times and I am still waiting....Not fun ;(

Was about two hours of extra work, although stuck with original price. Still a huge amount under others. Worked quickly and great quality. Only issue was about a hour late due to forgetting his wallet.

Ray followed lines to tell me where they went, fixed and removed some live areas that were not connected, showed me how to get electrical working in outside shed and also helped me figure out some irrigation issues. Added circuit to electrical panel, garage wall outlets, installed outdoor carriage lights, porch light: built custom garage storage system, built dining room coffer or soffit ceiling, installed chrome ceiling tiles and chandelier, added ceiling can light. Ray was very honest, friendly, professional. Creatively helped us realize our designs within our limited budget. We are looking forward to using him again as soon as we can.

Ray was professional at all times and knowledgeable. My lighting was very deem throughout my house. I have nine feet ceiling and not enough lighting. Ray suggested that allow him to change my lighting over to LED first before installing more recessed lighting and extra lights fixtures. I was happy that I listened to him. I was able to save and have other electrical work done. Ray allowed me to add some other work without having to schedule another appointment. I had wiring, and a outlet for a garage opener and extra recess lighting installed in other rooms. The Price was just right!
