Keith is a schemer, low down, money hungry liar. I genuinely thought he was being honest and attempting to help me with the AC. He came on a Friday and said that my unit needed to be off for 24 hours before any work could be done. He said that my unit was very dirty and needed cleaning bad and it would be extra (outside of what my insurance company fee). I?m thinking he?s being genuine, so I said ok. He told me that he would be Saturday morning at 9 am. I waited in the blistering heat of my home and he did not call or text. I ended up texting him for an updated time and he said it would be Monday bc the parts store was closed. Just lie after lie. Monday came and he was at my house 5 mins and he ONLY puts the Freon in my unit. He did not clean the unit as previously stated. Saturday my air was broken again and the furnace was hissing. A week later he comes back saying he cannot do the work because he hurt his back and his shirt on inside out. Looks to be on drugs.
