I hired John to refresh the landscaping at my parents house before we put it on the market. He had done irrigation and landscaping work for my dad before, so I reached out to him. The yard already had established landscaping but needed a major refresh. John made practical recommendations without trying to oversell anything. The work included replacing St. Augustine sod, planting shrubs and flowers, adding mulch and Black Star gravel, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning up the beds, servicing the sprinkler system, and improving backyard drainage. Johns attention to detail really stood out. He and his crew were always on time, communicated well, cleaned up every day, and were friendly and professional. The pricing was fair, the work stayed within the agreed estimates, and any additions were discussed beforehand. John also maintained the property until the house sold, and the yard always looked great. I would definitely hire him again and recommended him to the buyers.
