He charged $462 for parts and labor. Two days after he leaves the refrigerator stopped working. No one shows up when they were supposed to. He stopped answering my calls so my husband calls and he answers. It wasn?t until we threaten to file a police report if someone didn?t show up to install the parts. Then his guy shows up and doesnt have all the parts and tells us it?s the compressor gone bad. We said we aren?t putting anymore money into this fridge. We?d just buy a new one. This guy calls the other owner and we are told we will get back $350. Yeah right!!! Still waiting on that. I spoke with the first guy (owner) and he acted like it would take 3-7 business days. My sister talked to other owner and he said he would do the credit and send her a screenshot of the credit he processed. Haven?t seen that either.

Mr John Taylor came out fix my Amana washing machine it was shaking violently in some cycles and I believe he fixed my problem, he changed the rods took it through a spin cycle b4 he left and it did fine, he said I get a year warranty so I’m good . He and his trainee was very polite and they work with you. I will be referring him to others . Thanks !! John 😇

John Taylor came out to repair our refrigerator. He was very prompt in answering our call & came out quickly. He is knowledgeable & professional plus being personable. We highly recommend this business & will use them in the future.

Javes and Brandon were very helpful in troubleshooting and acquiring a new icemaker for my Whirlpool refrigerator. Very professional and even followed up later to make sure it was working well. Will use them again on my other appliances.

Repair man was running behind but did gave me a courtesy call and text to let me know he was on his way as soon as he wrapped up the last job. He asked me a series of questions to access the situation. I had assumed it was something in the console and sure enough it was the timer switch. The young man told me the price. I chose not to go with the job but anyways their customer service overall is a 5, very manurable. Due to the price of the repair my husband I decided to just buy a new one.
