TJ came out to fix a leak from the kitchen sink, they were sent out by the home warranty company. Showed up within 24 hours they did not call in advance to schedule just showed up but found the issue with the leaky faucet, replaced it with an equal part. Also fixed another issue with air gap clogged. Very happy with the service did a good job.

Professional job replacing a water main to both sides of my duplex. Diverted the plumbing so they had their own dedicated water line. Excellent job and very fair price. We saved over 3K by using Conrad and his warranty is extremely fair. We will hire him again for any future needs.

Conrad was honest and identified the problem, which was actually caused by the City. Rather than just fixing the problem, he suggested that we ask the City to fix it and saved us a lot of money. We appreciated his honesty and had him come back to replace our water heater. We were happy with his work and the price was fair. He brought the new water heater, installed it with the new code updates, and removed our old heater. Made it a really easy experience for us.
