They are dishonest, they said if I knew anyone that wanted the wood, they could give me a lower price, and they would stack the wood on the front lawn. I took this to mean they would stack the wood on the front lawn so that if I found someone that wanted the wood, the person wanting the wood could just park by the front lawn and take the would. I did not know they were leaving the wood for me until it sunk in halfway through the job. Very deceptive and dishonest. I will never hire eagle again

Had them install a 60 foot privacy fence at the back of my property. Installed it on Wednesday (May 13) and two panels fell over on Thursday (May 14). I called them immediately and **Johnny** said they would be out on Friday (May 15 )to take a look. It is now May 21 and we have had no further contact from them. The job cost more than double of the original quote, and who knows what the repair cost will be; I have contacted another fencing company to come out and give me an estimate. One of their **workers** pulled a surveyor pin out of the ground (which marked my property line) and tossed it aside, so now, I am not positive where my line is. The only good thing I can say is they were all friendly and polite, but that does not produce quality work. At this point, I do not want them back on my property. My neighbor also had them put up a fence, which they collected fully on, and they have not returned to fix the gate on it. So sad one cannot count on quality work anymore.

Disorganized, poor communication, stop responding to calls and text after paid, issues with fence line, did not return to correct. Less than average clean up. I referred this company to a friend for an outside trim painting- they are not and never returned as promised to clean off the paint on brick, or finish the job. They were contacted for return correction, but made promises to return did not happen. This neighbor hired them to paint porch rails. She was not happy about the job that was done, and yet they insisted to be paid and job was not completed yet. She paid half and called them to tell them not to come back to paint the back porch. Initial contact he displayed knowledge and accuracy of measurements. Felt confident that the company would do a good job. Everything fell apart after the last payment. The worst is how he argued with me about the issues surrounding all the jobs and not communicating. We had a good working interaction until was not happy with the fence Construction. A week has gone by nobody came to correct the issues, or return a call. I am disheartened to think I made a poor judgment on hiring and referring to others. I really had hoped for a good outcome. UPDATE 7/17/2020: As per my original comment- This company has disappeared. The Ohio Attorney General office tried to get in contact via letters, calls. No response. Facebook page down. I had to hire for the corrections to be completed. However, I did not have the entire fence rebuilt because of the cost. The ENTIRE fence had to have corrected numbers of screws! Parts of the pickets were barely attached! The entire fence line is off. I have to look at this every single day. HomeAdvisor is also to blame. The vetting process is the bare minimum and follows up assistance is not available after they kick the company off their site. I got a glimpse of what this company has going for them and not for those who think that Homeadvisor is reliable.

Hired JT Drywall to install a deck, said it would take 2-3 days to finish. 4 days later still not done, had my father in law come and look at the deck because nothing about the deck was level or straight. I had to fire them from the project, my fiance walked on the deck today and fell through. I would not recommend this company for any work.

He is very friendly. He does amazing drywall work. I highly recommend him for any drywall needs.
