I was so excited that Taylor Services was able to come to my little crisis within a few hours of making contact. My septic system backed up, and it was so obvious that my septic tank needed to be pumped. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, HONEST, nice, and took the time to show me and explain what needed to be done. Called me back promptly. This was not an emergency. Just time to clean/empty septic tank. Scheduled date & time on first phone call. Arrived on promised date on time. Explained what they had to do to get to septic system & cost. We added clean out tops so they want have to dig to find openings next time. Did a great job at a fair price. Very satisfied & would certainly recommend.
