Taylor's Glass, LLC

Gave a deposit for replacement of window glass . Never received feed back on the glass ,the window was never fixed and I never received a refund.

I would give no stars at all! My neighbor accidentally broke my window while cutting grass and a rock hit my bathroom window. He hired Taylors Glass. This was 6 months ago! First, their excuse was COVID19. Then, Jordan, the owner, finally called after more than 2 months to schedule an installation date, he did not show up, he said he had a family emergency and was at the hospital. I completely understood, and just told him to contact me the next week. He did not, my neighbor called the office number, the young lady at the office was completely unaware of his situation or the fact he had not shown up. Over the next two months, every time I tried to contact them, there was another excuse, the glass had a rainbow in it, had to reorder, finally showed up in November, the window was a huge square window over my bathtub, directly in front of my toilet. I was working from home in the other room. Jordan came in to tell me he was finished, I went into the bathroom to find a crystal clear window! I said this is not a frosted glass! This is not going to work! That window faces several neighbors! Mind you the window ordered and paid in full months before was for a frosted window. He agreed to order the correct one and replace it. Did not hear from him the next week, so, I called, the recording was from the girl that used to answer the phone for the company stating she no longer works there and that is her cell number. I texted Jordan, he said he has COVID19. Again, I was sympathetic and understanding. That was weeks ago. Now, he will not answer my texts or calls and I am still stuck with this window in my bathroom! Could it get any worse with them?

Great service. Time from measure to install was 2 weeks and the job cost came in under what I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend.

They came to measure my foggy windows even though it was snowing that day and the roads were awful. Gave me an estimate that was 100$ lower than the others. They told me the glass takes 1 week to come in, it was ready in two days. Great to work with, real pros!!
