My appointment was for 9am and thet showed up at 10 am. No communication. They asked about a coupon which I did not have. Had wrong date for next cleaning but cleared with office that it is every 4 weeks.

They were very nice, Prompt On time, Perfect Handle my house as if it was a museum! Picked up each glass with a nice touch. Dusted under things, on top of things, lets put it this way, they did a through job, never dusted around things like other do. They came in with a house looking like a F-5 tornado hit it, and left leaving it spotless ,clean and smelling great! Thank you very much!

Unable to communiate with the women, they used wrong supplies on granite and stainless steel, did not do a thorough job, for example vacuuming the carpet remnants along the edge of the new carpet. I would not use them again..an

The maids locked an additional lock on the front door, which caused me to be locked out when I got home. And they left the back door completely unlocked. I was happy with the cleaning, but am not sure why they did not lock the back door. After leaving two messages about my concern, I have not after four days, received a call back. I am disappointed about that. Otherwise, the cleaning was good.

Molly Maids in Temecula are a a disgrace to the cleaning profession. The office staff are rude and completely unconcerned with customer service. The time frame I was given for the job I requested was not met, and I was overcharged for the little work that they did do.
