Communication was great and we were very happy with the quality of work. He was able to meet with us quickly and started work right away. He did a great job on replacing our storm door and several door knobs. Highly recommend!

Travis Boe performed mediocre work with constant problems throughout the build. It took him eight weeks from first payment until finished product. As the homeowner, his communication with me was average, but the renter had difficulty getting Travis to contact him regarding scheduling and updates, which was made clear for Travis to do. The finished product was structurally sound, but with poor craftsmanship and crooked/uneven boards with unsightly gaps. The finished deck strayed from the original plans. At the conclusion, I had to prompt him to come back to clean up part of his mess. He did offer to pressure wash the entire back of the house (for a charge) after cleaning behind the old deck area. We also came in under budget due to a deck modification, which was nice to hear. In summary, it would appear that this was the first deck Travis has ever built...would not recommend unless you are looking for a mediocre product at a low cost. We got what we paid for, but there are many simple things he could have done better. His website photos look pretty good from past examples (which is why he was hired), so not sure what happened with our deck.
