We also provide roofing services for commercial properties, government buildings, multi-family homes, and more! Our licensed, bonded contractors are experienced with roofing materials of all types; tile, metal, flat, slate, asphalt, wood shakes, if it can be made into a roof, we can work with it!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Stay FAR away from this business. My mother used Team Construction for her new Roof in August 2020. Since then she has had numerous issues including a leak in the roof and multiple lazy temporary bandaids to fix it. The only phone number available leads to the same person, Rick, who has been talking her in circles for over a month trying to get this leak fixed. The address given is no longer their physical address and they only have a PO Box. She was charged more than $2,000 over industry standards for her area and they won’t even fix their mistakes properly. Shame on Team Construction for taking advantage of an older woman who lives by herself.

From our first meeting, Scott took charge of the project including coordinating with the insurance company. During construction made small changes in the original roof to improve drainage at no additional charge. Impecable cleanup after the project was finished.
