Team Enoch HVAC Install Houston

Pasadena review - at this point I'm ready to have another company tear out their work and sue them in court. Let's start - my fiancé and I needed a new HVAC. July 2026 . Out of the 3 companies - Enoch is the only one to try and charge 150. They said if you went with them it was free . Finally got charge removed in Oct. Install the HVAC and now the fun begins - took months for their inspector to come out. After numerous calls, where they don't call you back - he came out. Locked the AC down outside, and passed the unit. Oct 2026 - noticed no heat option. Team Enoch never hooked up the heat wire. Nov 2026 Enoch finally has city inspector comes out - it fails inspection. CO vent not installed. Inspector also said sloppy job. Oh and they left half the old unit up there. They don't have the part to fix. Also their management never calls back. Why trust this company if their inspector passes a job and it fails? We needed another HVAC for a 2nd house they will not get the business

Horrible. Got an HVAC. Couldn't get them to come out and inspect by their foreman. Took 6 phone calls over 6 weeks. Didn't connect heater wire so no heat. Tried to charge 150 for a quote visit even though we went with them. City inspector came out and found they never hooked up the vent pipe so car monoxide issue . Finally, they didn't even bring down the old unit. Just pushed it to the side. Again. Stay away.

They did a great job

Several visits but all in all did a good job

Made the mistake of getting caught up in the marketing for Trane! They are garbage! Bought a system in Dec 2025 trying to get a rebate for "efficient" units and this thing has not been right since install. Enoch has been out 6-7 times, parts replaced on a new unit, the jacked up the install to start with and now zero communications. I guess they have given up and trying to make it right. What a crock. Run from Trane and enoch!

Very happy with this purchase. The installation crew did an excellent job, I was happy with the quality of work and I am a very picky person. I checked everything. Everything was as advertised, Lennox Variable Speed 3 ton complete system with thermostat at a very competitive price. No attempt to try and bill me for unnecessary stuff.

This is the company I chose to replace my A/C system. They are doing the install in Tuesday morning and have been very pleasant to work with.

We replaced both of our HVAC systems. Team Enoch's bid was very competitive for top-rated equipment. The installation of the new systems went smoothly. We are using the 18-month, interest free financing.

Excellent company from phone to installation to all team members. I purchased a full hvac and furnace and was even able to finance directly with them at 0% these days. They made the decision effortless and the were quick during the hot months to install. I plan to use them for many other projects beyond hvac which they do roofing, Electrical and plumbing as they have incredible service and workmanship. Big thanks to Cameron who handled the quote and followe through installation.

Team Enoch exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their business philosophy is a bit different than others and it works. Excellent communication and have a history and online presence that inspires confidence. They gave me a very good quote on my HVAC replacement, including an off-season discount and a nice discount for upgrading to a high efficiency system. Instead of jacking up the price for a promise of a "next day" install, they brought me two cooling units that made the wait of several days more than bearable. No sub-contractors...all their own people were timely, professional and efficient. They installed an appropriate 3.5 ton system for me on 10/20/25, had it running and comfortable in the house same evening. They even removed an old water heater from the attic that should have been removed by the contractor who installed new one about a year ago! Then came back 2 days later to do a final inspection. Very pleased with this company!

Team Enoch, simply the best! They helped after hours, quoted us less than others, professional, incredible service! Such a quality company, I wish I knew about them sooner!

good job

There were so wonderful. I believe in Angi now

They stayed in contact the whole way through. Everything was easy on my end. New a/c was installed in one day. Pricing was competitive. They were upfront about everything. I couldn't be happier!

Incredibly professional, easy to deal with and im happy with the services provided.

They did a great job!

Broke 3 times in one year, they won't put in a unit that works. They keep fixing this "lemon" they oversold me on. Even when it worked, it ran constantly, costing me hundreds extra every month, and cannot even cool the house at the heat of the day. Now it is completely broken, I wait in a swelteringly hot house for them to hopefully fix it. "Soon" This review will stay until they do the right thing and put in a new unit that works.

They were 50% lower than two other bids! Great service!

Very timely and reliable. Very affordable

I was pleased with their work, I would recommend them to my family and friends.
