Very prompt and thorough! He is amazing and is able to work in expedited situations. We needed him to verify walls removed was properly supported and beams met standard load bearing per city code. He came by our location the very next day upon contact (Friday, checked the attic, crawlspace) and was able to submit/give me plans within 2 days (Sunday) ready for a review with the city(Tuesday). Easy to work/communicate with.

Roland provided two recommendations for addressing a 17' beam load. He provided the necessary calculations and a letter that ensured I easily passed inspection - once the work was done, of course. He was easy to work with, arrived on time and promp in all of his communication. Two thumbs up.
