Nick swapped out my bathroom fans and ran new ducts through the attic. Everything was done by the book to maximize airflow and minimize condensation. I am happy with the result. The price was reasonable too.

Spencer was very nice when he came to the door, and informed us what he would be doing today (winterizing our swamp cooler). He was on time, responded quickly to texts, and explained what we would need to do next spring. I was very happy with his work and will be contacting him again to help in the spring.

We had a basic single-stage furnace and A/C unit. After having our basement finished, we noticed that the furnace was overheating. This was a result of a reduced airflow caused by a trunk that was too small. Spencer diagnosed the problem and installed a modulating furnace. He replaced the A/C unit with a heat pump. We selected Spencer from among five vendors that came to our house. We could not be more pleased with our new system.
