Read a lot of great reviews so I assume this is just an outlier but it doesn't seem logical to get someone to repair a dishwasher. Costed $139 for the technician to come tell me that I need to pay a total of $632 to repair a dishwasher. The motor costed $240, thats more than half the cost of a standard dishwasher. I understand that the part costs are out of this companies hands but I said the motor was the issue before scheduling and didn't get any advice to just order a new dishwasher. Might be best to advise your customers that a motor replacement on a dishwasher is not worth the value... $139 to tell me to buy a new dishwasher is not fun to hear. They were courteous over the phone though I will give them props for that.

The washing machine really did eat the sock! The technician found a baby sock blocking the drain tube. They were quick to respond, on time and professional. Will use them again.

We were able to schedule next day service for a leak in our washing machine. Nico was prompt and very knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem, fixed it and waited through a quick cycle to make sure the repair was complete. We would use their services again.

They are very reliable and did an excellent job with the repair. They went above and beyond to fit my needs as a customer. The price was a bit high since my repair was minor, however they completed repairs quickly and efficiently.

I'm 60 and this is the best repair service I have experienced by far. Found Tech Around on Angi's list and noted they had all five star reviews. Reached out on New Year's Eve, indicating that we had guests coming in a few days and needed our dishwasher repaired pronto, Tech Appliance send Nicoh to our house that afternoon and not only did he fix the problem, he showed us how it resulted from a leak caused by improper installation of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was relatively new and Nicoh provided us with videos and photographs supporting this assessment, which we are now using to get the contractor who did the improper installation to cover any damage caused by the leak. Tech Around Appliance sent someone to our house quickly, Nicoh fixed the problem within the first hour we had already paid for, and he provided us with knowledge and evidence on the cause and possible other issues to have the original installer address. Really can't say enough about these guys. I will never call anybody else for appliance repair!

Project was a electric the tech fixed it and dishwasher came up and running. However after putting the machine back together we only tried to make sure the washer would run. We never check to see if we could open the door to load dishes. I help to fix the door

I’ve found my go-to appliance repair company! With appliances it can be hard for me to know who to trust when ordering repairs because I don’t understand them. Nicoh was not only exceptional with explaining what I needed to know about my fridge, he gave me multiple options to fix the problem and tried whatever he could to help save me money when making repairs while also not sacrificing quality. He then did the same for me with my stove and at this point I implicitly trust his judgment if I ever have appliance/repair questions. He puts care into his work and has made sure that I’m happy with the finished product! He looks out for my best interest and I don’t feel like I have to do additional research to make sure I’m not being taken advantage of. He is the definition of trustworthy and have recommended him and will continue to!
