There product and service were first rate and the installer did his job very well. My only objection is that I paid for Cadillac service and product when the Chevy model had worked well for 15 years and a similar replacement would have saved $500-$600. That ultimately was my choice and not the provider.

All the amazing reviews for Western Washington Plumbing, LLC are true! Our house required a pressure release valve for our outside faucets. We have moved to Michigan & were really worried about getting a plumber out who could do the work at a reasonable price. Elvis is awesome! He is one one of the nicest guys ever! He was very easy to work (even a bunch of states away). He was willing to do the work on short notice & it was completed quickly too. If you need any plumbing work do not look any further that WWP.

My hot water heater was scheduled for replacement on Monday. But on Sunday, the supply valve started spewing water, flooding my floor and the two apartments below me. So my repair turned into an emergency, and these guys answered the call for help. They repaired the valve on Sunday and returned on Monday for the install, and didn't charge me extra Sunday or emergency fees. Elvis, who I spoke to on the phone, and Frank, who did the repair work are awesome. I don't know that they are the best price, but all the companies seem to be within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. And I would rather hire small business owners with a good rating, than a large company, even if it costs slightly more, because that's where you get the best service. I certainly appreciated them not making it more expensive for me due to the emergency situation, which already had me stressed out enough. Thanks you guys!!

Frank and Elvis are by far the most awesome and talented contractors I have ever hired. They set the standard so high no one else can come close. After a lengthy and horribly finished remodel, they came in and found, and repaired the major of my botched plumbing problems caused by an extremely inept contractor. without there expertise, knowledge and keen eye we would have had major damage to our condo. Add to that, personable, honest and dedicated to their work (and reasonable) you have the perfect combination!!!!!!

Frank and Elvis are top notch plumbers. Very professional and know the "tricks of the trade". I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and can say with full confidence that I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them based on the work they did: 1) replaced my main water line and added a main shut-off valve, 2) replaced all "galvanized sections" in my house (including all angle stops), 3) replaced galvanized sections and gas fittings for my hot water tank. It is important to note that while doing this project, I discovered that Frank and Elvis essentially were fixing a lot of issues caused by the previous plumber's from years ago that took "short cuts" instead of doing the job right. The quote Frank and Elvis gave was very fair and competitive and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Frank and Elvis!

I have a fear of calling a plumber after a terrible experience a few years ago. Elvis was outstanding in working with my schedule. He clearly explained the planned work as well as gave me an estimate before he started work. He explained the process. He was kept the work area clean and cleaned up everything afterwards. Top notch service and I've already recommended them to a friend with a plumbing issue.

Their customer service and pricing are top notch. They were very timely and communicative during the project initiation and estimating. All pricing was discussed before work began, including things they observed that might have impacted pricing once they started taking things apart. There were no surprised in the bill. Their workmanship was excellent, they verified everything was working as expected before they left and made sure the job site was cleaned. I would definitely use them again.

These fellows are a great example of what immigrants can accomplish with hard work and personal initiative. I hired them because of the excellent reviews they have received from other customers. They were prompt in arriving, found the problem quickly and did the job immediately as the sump pump had failed and we've had so much rain there was a lot of water in the crawl space. They were efficient, honest, very personable and so nice to work with. As this was in the crawl space, they took pictures of everything and showed them before performing any work. They also found a leaking water pipe and replaced that at the same time. I highly recommend Frank and Elvis with Western Washington Plumbing.

Out of 10 different companies either recommended by Home Advisor or I found on the internet, this company was the only one who looked at my pictures of the water heater and gave me a written estimate. All done to code, copper fittings and feed lines and clean up was great too... I could not ask for anything more. Will use them on any other job I might need them for... This is the 3rd water heater I have had installed in my houses in the last 4 years the first two were from Home Depot 3rd party company and they sucked and very poor business acumen. In my opinion, bait and switch hit you with low bid, and use code as a means to upsell unnecessary parts.... With that said, I cannot say enough about Western Washington Plumbing... I trust them 100%. Do yourself a favor and hire them instead of filtering thru the unknowns....
