Mike Berntsen immediately responded to my request for help and made an appointment to evaluate the work in an expeditious manner. He is polite, articulate and smart. He was able to present me with numerous options to solve my television and sound issue. I will be hiring him again to upgrade the sound in the den of my house which has a 4K TV. Mike goes above and beyond. I was at work when he arrived and was greeted by my mother-in-law who Mike immediately treated respectfully. As soon as he diagnosed my issue he called me to present my options, along with costs ranging from high to low. it is without hesitation that I would hire Mike again or recommend him to a friend.
