I received an appointment the very next day. When the technician arrived, he knew exactly what to do. He also checked to make sure everything was running correctly between the remote and the various audio/visual links (the DVRs, radio). He pointed out that the fan on the old DVR player was about to go, while the newer Blu-Ray player could play all the CDs that the old DVR player could, so I didn't really need both. He took out and away the old player, so I had one less complication to deal with in the group of boxes I had connected (the radio, the TV connection, sound system, Blu-Ray). I really liked that. The fellow was most professional and great to work with. He double-checked to make sure everything was in working order before he left. I not only would recommend this service, I already have!
