Had my gaming PC die on me out of nowhere. It would freeze, make weird pulsing noises, then eventually wouldn't boot at all. Called TechRepair DFW and Levi came out to my house in Fort Worth the same week for the diagnostic. Levi knew exactly what he was doing. He went through the whole system step by step, ruled out the power supply and hard drive, and found that my NVIDIA graphics driver was crashing every time Windows tried to load. He also cleaned out a bunch of bloatware ASUS software that was making things worse. Got my computer back up and running without having to replace any parts, which saved me a lot of money. Honest, fair pricing and he explained everything in plain English. If you need computer repair in Fort Worth, Keller, or anywhere in the DFW area, these are the guys to call. Highly recommend TechRepair DFW for any PC repair, no boot issues, blue screen problems, or driver crashes. Will definitely use them again.

The professional was not able to repair my computer, he did not complete the work and I paid $300.00 when originally told $50.00. It was a total waste of money. Do not use Angi.com for computer repair. They charge $300 an hour and nothing got done.

I am EXTREMELY angry, frustrated, & disappointed with the service & cost for VERY minimal work on my printer - cleaning the heads! Levi (or the company) WAY over-charged me for the service he provided. I was told the tech would arrive at 9:35 today. He showed up at 11:35. Levi was very smug. The work he did took him all of 10 minutes & he charged me $210 for this. I feel very misled & taken advantage of as I am a senior citizen, so $210 is a lot of money for me. If Levi had told me it was going to cost over $200, I would have said NO & found someone else. ITEGRITY matters. Please be careful with this company & discuss ALL costs before they do any work. That would have saved a lot of headache. I wasn't given a receipt but was told I would get one "later." Levi was in my home literally less than 15 minutes & wasn't upfront about the cost as he should have been. I feel scammed & deceived. I would like to know what the owner would say.

Levi was knowledgeable and professional. He solved our home networking issue quickly. I am not going to sugar coat it. It was pricy but worth every single penny! I would recommend his service to anyone.
