Called to cancel my appointment 1 day in advance. Called me the next day to tell me he was at my house and knocking on my door to fix my problem(which he was not, I was home all day) I Reminded him that I had called and cancelled the day before. He requested me to pay him for not cancelling. This is not good customer service at all. Would not recommend this guy since he clearly does not seem to be organized.

He was exactly the person, who came and fixed the problem within 30mins. The problem was solved quickly. And he gave me 3 follow up calls to make sure it was still working. I was very pleased with him!

THE WASHER I INITIALLY CALLED TO HAVE REPAIRED NEEDED AN EXTRA PART THAT WAS MORE THAN I WAS WILLING TO PAY. I ENDED UP GETTING ANOTHER USED WASHER FROM THIS BUSINESS AND SO FAR IT IS WORKING FINE.
