Very nice young people. I was impressed. I finally found someone who knew how to fix Skype on my computer. It had not worked for over a year and I really needed it for my autistic son. My other guy I had used for 10 years did not know how to fix it. Tech Savvy also checked my virus protection and cleaned up my pc. They took the time to explain things to me ( since i am computer dumb) and their price was fair. I will use them from now on.

All-in-one home computer powers on but the monitor wouldn't turn on. Best Buy and Staples both said the diagnosis would take WEEKS! I used the Home Advisor app and was recommended Tech Savvy (plus 2 others.) I called Tech Savvy and in an hour a young man came to my home and picked up the PC. Luckily, the best scenario occurred: the PC was easily fixable (by experts, of course) and it was returned to me (at home) the very same day. What I was impressed by was the courtesy afforded me during my entire experience. I got to meet both principals of the company and although their focus is on the network and PC needs of small companies the service I received as a residential customer was really top-notch. Highly recommend!
