Tech Takodah

My Tech pro was great, got my laptop working faster. He ever set up my email that I don't have log into Yahoo.com everytime I want review my emails, one click and I am there Simple Simon. Pam Schaeffer

Takodah was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful patient. Based on my immediate needs, he helped sort through a lot of equipment and computer accessories to determine what was relevant or obsolete and dvised on my smart home system. I will hire him in the future to help install my smart system and help with cleaning up three old laptops to retrieve information needed so I can dispose of the equipment.

He was great! Came out the same day we first spoke as I had an urgent need. Arrived on time. Work done efficiently and accurately. He even volunteered to help with a non-related tech problem that I was having. Very neat, polite and friendly. I will definitely be using him again!

Very nice and informed young man. He gave helpful suggestions for a new keyboard and also fixed some minor problems. It's good to know we have an expert on hand for future problems.

Polite and very easy to work with. Goes above and beyond to deliver a quality end result. I had a custom computer than received some damage when I shipped it across the country. Takodah was able to identify the broken components and guided me towards replacement parts. I bought the new parts and he installed them. He also cleaned some dust internally which was really nice. My computer is running better than ever. The process was really easy and I was putting it off because I thought it would be a struggle.

You are asking for a review before I have the chance to use the up dated system installed, etc., but so far I have no complaints. I like the fact that he is willing to answer any questions from his home office and said he would stop by in a couple of weeks to see if I had any questions and how everything is going.
