Kitchen - Remodel
I Had a lot of work done by Techni-Coat Inc. They General Contracted a new kitchen, new roof, 6 new or modified windows,an exterior door,interior painting and plastering. They have a very capable and qualified carpenter. The overall quality of the job was great but it took twice as long then what they said it would have. Also, make sure any work order or material changes above what is in the signed contract has a priced out sign work order change reciept. Because,I feel in my case, they took the opportunity to try and bill me for cost over runs they incurred that were beyond any any additional work or material changes I'd asked for.
