If you like your contractor coming late (1-2 hours) repeatedly (3x) after your scheduled appointment or you change your schedule to meet them at your home and they don't show up then this company is for you. If your verbal or written communications returned in 4-7 business days, then this company is for you. If you call them out due to their poor responsiveness and inability to meet commitments they made and confirmed and they cancel your contract because they don't like being "called out", then this company is for you. The owner and the team are in a world where the customer is an inconvenience to their day, not the reason for their day. If you want to be treated like I was, then do business with them. If not, consider alternatives.

Technician (Carlos) was immediately in touch with me once I went through HA for a recommendation. He was clear that he probably would not be free that same afternoon, but scheduled me for the next day at (what I thought I heard) 3pm. He said he would call prior to arriving....he did, but only because he was a bit lost inside the community. He did not call to provide me with an estimated time prior to his arrival....3:45 or so. He was impeccably dressed, friendly and professional. The replacement of the alarm system's battery took a mere ten minutes.
