Mike and his sons finished the basement in our new home, and it turned out amazing! They were all very easy to work with, and answered all questions we had during the process. Mike always had our best interests in mind when dealing with any subcontractors, and always kept us updated on timeframes and stock issues due to the pandemic. Overall a great experience, and we will hire again to finish the bathroom!

Basement Remodeling
Mike and his sons worked in my basement for 6+ months. The contract was for 8 weeks, so it went over by a factor of 3. The quality of the sheetrock work was great, but the mudding took 6 weeks to complete. I ordered flooring, and so they spent until 1 am at my house one day getting the trim. The basement should look like the upstairs, but it did not since Mike insisted on building bar cabinets himself and buying cheap trim which took months. Cannot wait for this to be done. The basement is a disaster, black fingerprints all over the trim, sheet rock chunks in my back yard and in the house. I definitely would not define the project as **finish the basement**. There is still much I have to do, Mike will not help. He says it is**not in the contract**...

"This is why we prefer not to have the homeowner involved with the on-hand work of the construction process. when we leave the project we complete everything to the customer satisfaction when the homeowner gets involved things get lost in the translation and don't get finished. when you read this review please read between the lines and understand that the homeowner expected things to be done that were his responsibility. the timeline when this project was done was at the start of the pandemic. everything was shut down and people were quarantined for 14 days at a time. This gentleman wife had MS and if she had been infected with Covid."

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Mike and his son moved our laundry room to our top level and turned our old laundry room into an office. Mike worked hard to accommodate my many questions and changes throughout the project. He was great to work with and stayed right on budget.
