They never came and did the job after they were paid. Guy wouldn't answer his phone, mailbox was full, and they won't return my calls!

Techsonsite called and I made an appointment for a Monday at !:00pm after prepaying $250 with my credit card over the phone. I said I was uncomfortable doing this but I did anyway trusting that it was one of your recommended contractors. The man gave me two phone numbers and said a tech would call me. Later that afternoon a tech called me. He didn't say who he was. After discussing my problem he said he would order a new USB 3.0 PCI card and come to the house on Thursday. On Monday a guy from Techsonsite came to the house at 1:00. I called Tecksonsite to cancel the Thursday appt. I called both numbers he gave me but I got no pick-up or call back after leaving a message. On Thursday I got another call from the other guy for the Thursday appointment. Turns out he was from Jim's Computer repair and was never from Techsonsite like I had thought. You dispatched two different computer repair services and I was not aware that you had done that. Jim had diagnosed my problem over the phone and Techs. had not. I had no problem with the service repair tech that came out. He really didn't do too much other than diagnose the problem and told me what I could do myself. He was pleasant and helpful. He tried to call Techs dispatcher but he had no luck getting them either. He left a massage with them to call me but they never did. I was trying to stop the other guy (JIM) from coming out to the house. After talking to Jim over the phone on Thursday, I finally realized what was going on. That Home Advisor had dispatched two different repair services. Jim was very nice and understood. I took his number for the next time and apologized for the misunderstanding. A day later I checked my credit union account and saw an extra charge for an off shore transaction. A couple of days later, there was a $162 charge to Nike.com that I had not made. It was now the long Labor Day weekend.I had my credit card frozen over the long weekend and had to call my credit union to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I am neither ever going to use Home Advisor or Techsonsite ever again. I advice others to stay far away as well.

They were unable to repair my computer stating that my server (Hughes Net ) was too slow making it difficult to make the needed repairs.

They charged me ahead of time (after stating the credit card number would only secure an appointment). No showed two times to established appointments. It took 10 phone calls and a week to finally get my money back. Terrible experience and I still need a technician!
