Our experience with Lundquist Construction started off absolutely amazing. Lori was extremely prompt, she would send photos and the follow-up was consistent and awesome. She was a savior in navigating through our home insurance claim. Then things took a hard turn south and I have no idea what caused this downturn in customer service. Lori began not responding to my phone calls, emails, and text messages. The only time I would hear from Jered was when he wanted my money (as we had multiple invoices due to the scope of our project). All in all, I would avoid using the services of Lundquist in the future.

After interviewing a couple of contractors, I hired Lundquist because they seem to be the most honest in their presentation and costs. They were not the cheapest, but one gets what they pay for. The project is a whole house renovation which includes a new kitchen, 6 bathrooms, laundry, plus other modifications. Could not be more pleased working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The owners regularly checked the progress of the work and were easy to reach. the project was completed within the estimated timeframe.

Family run business that is first rate at making things right. Even when we had problems with sub-contractors, Jared and Mark came in and re-did the work themselves just to make sure it was done right and that we were happy. They built an entire bathroom for us where nothing existed but bare floor before and it is working out great for us. They were a great team to work with. We highly recommend Lundquist Construction.

I have always used Angie's List and was getting frustrated because no one would give me a bid. I did a search on HomeAdvisor and Lundquist Construction came up...I contacted them and they came out the next day..I had a bid the following day and immediately hired them because of their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic and customer service. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the job they did on my kitchen. Not only are they perfectionists but their quality of work was the best.
