Sean and Tectum roofing refurbished a metal roof on our VERY remote mountain lodge in 9/2019. He guaranteed the work and every years comes out to inspect and make any repairs. We are very confident in the work and would highly recommend.

The work was great. They spent a lot of time explaining our options and helped us with our insurance company. We decided to go for a hail-resistant roof instead of a metal roof because of the waiting period for a metal roof. They showed up on time and helped us when rain started to come down through the partially installed skylights. It is so nice to be able to have our roof fixed and our skylights open to the sky again after a year.

After getting into a bad situation with a previous contractor that only shingled 25% of my roof and left the rest of the roof bare for nearly 6 months. Sean Moriarity agreed to help me to resolve the situation. I am so grateful that Sean agreed to take on my job! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Their work was done with the highest quality and Sean and the rest of his team were great to work with.

There job is not done eventhou I paid in full 3 weeks ago they had to custom order a skyline for my house they still have to install 3 skylines and all the gutters and down spouts all gutters and down spouts should be gray as contract says I'm still waiting for all 3 weeks now heard nothing.
