I had an expensive living room rug that my dog decided to use as a potty pad. The smell was awful and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it clean. We were getting ready to haul it to the curb when I read about Teddy's. Great job, saved the rug, polite, on time and highly recommended.

We are a high rise apartment community in Oklahoma City. We had over 50 window and patio leaks from the August 26th storm. Some people referenced this storm as a land hurricane with winds that exceeded 100 miles per hour. Needless to say, we had several water extractions, dehumidifiers and carpet fans throughout the building. Teddys was called and responded immediately. They worked around the clock to extract water and remove padding. He provided us with dozens of carpet fans and dehumidifiers. The majority of the work performed was in occupied apartments. Teddys did a fantastic job working with our residents personal items to get them dried, relayed and shampooed. The owner personally worked with his crew and oversaw the work. We received the best service we have ever had. We will continue to use Teddys for all of our emergency extractions and carpet cleans. We highly recommend them.
