I tried and tried to like Tedesco LC. I thought Kyle was great and was even a home boy originally from Palm Beach County. When they do the work it's great, but... The problem is that the communication was/is horrendous. Repeatedly not getting back to me. This last time I told him I need landscaping work done to clean up the front of the property. He said he would come by the next week and check out the job. I waited but he never showed even after phone and text reminders. The week after THAT I tried to reach him again via phone and text. Crickets. Doesn't answer his phone. Now the week after that and still crickets. So work that I needed done ASAP to comply with my HOA rules has now been delayed for more than 4 weeks. There have been communication issues before this also. I wanted to like this business so much. I just wanted to give him money to do what he does but I got blown off, repeatedly. I didn't realize the business was so successful they could just do that. I don't get it.
