We love our garage!

Great value for the money. The two car attached garage that was added to the end of the house was done without formal plans. Damien used my rough ideas to create the construction plans that were submitted to the town for approval. The completed project was exactly what I was hoping for. One note, the concrete work was the only part of the project that reduced my rating from 5 to 4.5.

Quality work in building garage addition including kitchen and mudroom. Built a 16 x 18' deck tiring it into back garage door. Also did a 3x6' tile shower and floor in master bath Lastly replaced second story trim with azek. Easy to work with. All work was spelled out in writing. Being DYI helped and answers any questions I had would highly recommend Teixeria Construction

Damien and his crew were amazing. He responded to my initial call in a timely manner which is unusual for many companies. He priced the job and had it completed within a week of meeting with us. He and his crew were polite, efficient and kept us aware of every step that was happening. A true professional company!

The quality of workmanship was top notch, and the crew were all professionals and easy to work with. A shout out to Max, his right hand man, also a stickler for detail. Combining old with the new is always tricky, and he did a fantastic job. Would recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful job! Damien and his crew were very easy to work with and we are super happy with our garage. Efficient and timely, fair price...pleasant people to have around. This company also put a new roof on our house, great job.

I am very happy with the work Damien has performed. The job was to demolish the existing roof structure of my cape and rebuild the second floor with a steeper pitched roof with front and rear dormers. Damien had to meet the initial challenge of completely exposing the interior of the second floor to the weather and then closing it off within a couple of days before it rained. The quality of Damien's work was top notch and his attention to detail, especially with the exterior trim work has turned our ordinary cottage into a classic cape home.

Getting Damien's name from your site was like like getting a piece of heaven. He coordinated the entire project of building an attached garage and mudroom with no hassles, inconvenience, or stress to us, the homeowners. Damien paid the utmost attention to all the details of the project, little and small, thinking of our home as he would his own. He delivered an excellent quality product, keeping us informed each step of the way. We're proud to think of Damien as a new friend.

While the renovation seemed to take a long time, the results were worth it. Damien did a lot of hand holding since this is the first time I did such a project. He was easy to work with.

Project seemed to take a long time, but the end product made it worth it. Damien and his crew put in room in the basement, refinished 2 bathrooms, remodeled the kitchen and put new flooring, new ceiling and crown molding in the living room/dining room area. Damien did a lot of hand holding since this my first project of this kind and magnitude. Would hire him again for another project if the opportunity arises.

SUPER HAPPY! Damien not only did a great renovation job, but, what really impressed me, came up with many creative ways to address some difficult issues that we had in the house. We had uneven floors and ceilings, crooked walls, unleveled door openings -- all the problems you find in an old home. Damien went above and beyond to solve those problems and to make it all look beautiful. His carpentry work is superb! He promptly addressed all my questions, always returned phone calls. Construction is always a frustrating experience, but with Damien it went smoothly. We will use him for all our jobs!

Do your homework, check references and compare prices. If someone is evasive or unclear about your project then follow your instincts, they are usually right. I felt totally comfortable with my contractor, he answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked. We developed a working rapport which made me feel confident about my choice and made the process, which was my first, go smoothly every step of the way.

We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our new 2-car detached garage built by Teixeira Construction Inc. Damien and his crew are all wonderful. Very competent, conscientous and considerate workers. Damien is a good communicator - you will enjoy having him take charge of your building project. We're confident that he can handle anything! I'd like to post a picture because the garage is really beautiful...come by and see it!

Damien Teixiera is an excellent person to hire for a project. He just completed our mother-in-law addition and we are SUPER HAPPY! He promptly returned phone calls, and completed the project in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable builder. We have been told by others who have seen the finished product that it is super high in quality which we already felt ourselves. Damien (the owner) is very customer-oriented, interested in doing the job right, and is meticulous in his work. We feel lucky to have found him and would pass his name onto ANYONE! Thanks.....

We, and the building inspector for our town, were well pleased with Damien's work building our garage for us. Others we know have had all sorts of problems with contractors, we had none. I hope that we have gained a new friend in Damien; and, if we ever need a contractor again, we would use him as our first choice!
