Still waiting for window stickers after 4 weeks and 4 promises

They were not a hard sell company, they let the company speak for themselves and their service. They were not about bad mouthing other companies which I found to be most impressive. The fact that they are local had a big park to play in us choosing their service.

No hard sell of anything I didn't want. Competently and efficiently laid out options and costs, pros and cons.

Customer service was great from the first phone call through installation.

Looking for an alarm company can be irritating. For such an important security feature, security companies often get a bad rep because of pushy sales, poor products and overly expensive services. That is where Tekna is completely different. Jared (Tekna) contacted me from my inquiry. He immediately addressed my concerns and had NO problem taking the time to put all the info in writing, including a copy of the service agreement, so I could review it with my husband. He pointed out critical information that we hadn't even thought of. Upon the home visit, this guy actually talked us out of products we didn't need and offered suggestions on how to maximize what we were getting. He saved us quite a bit of money. Now, another part that makes this company so different from everyone else- you have a rep that you contact directly with any questions. You have an assigned technician (who was also fantastic during the installation). How many companies will provide you direct contact information- email, phone, text - for your point of contact? No big call centers here. I have contacted Jared on many occasions, including most recently (about two months after install). Same great service, super fast and friendly response. With Tekna- my family is not treated like a contract number. We are so happy and comfortable with both the service and the staff we have worked with. Jared and his team will take the time to explain your options and address your concerns- no hard sales. Tekna stands out high above every other company. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was in a hurry to install the system, but he did the work as expected. He did not elaborate how the system works. But Jared Wright was exceptional. He was very professional and goes beyond what is expected of him. He was always willing to help his customers even after closing the deal. Keep it up Jared!

Jared explained the products and additional services in full detail. The technicians who came out were amazing as well. They made sure I knew how to operate the system before leaving.

When the installer ran into some initial problems with the install of a combination alarm/video system, the company went out of its way to escalate support to resolve all issues and make sure we were completely satisfied.
