You should be able to count on your painter to act professionally, keep your family safe, and keep you informed every day. New Light Painting was built to do all three on every job, and every commitment below is how we hold ourselves to it. New Light is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm and fully insured. Before we start: we walk through your project with you and send an itemized written quote within 48 hours, covering scope, paint brand and sheen, and prep. That number is what you pay, billed in stages as the work gets done. While we work: you get a written update at the end of every working day with what was done and what’s next, and one point of contact from first call to final walkthrough. When we finish, we walk the project with you and complete every item on the punch list before we call it done. You receive a 3-year workmanship warranty in writing that transfers if you sell.
