We believe in up front honesty. For all of your telephone and computer networking needs, trust Telco Specialist Co. to get it done right. In most cases, same-day appointments are available, and the work can be performed while we are on premises. ESTIMATES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. When we give appointments, we don't give you an 8 hour window like some other companies. We give a 2 hour window so you don't have to sit at your premises all day wondering if a technician is going to show up. We don't charge an hourly rate. We charge according to each job. That way, whether we spend 2 hours, or 12 hours, the price remains the same. Generally, charges range from $90 - $125/line. We accept the following forms of payment: All forms of payment accepted, including PAYPAL.

My devices were/are working slowly and I wanted a secure network. Justin spent 3 hrs with me setting up a VPN and new router on 12/19/17. After he left, I emailed several times (on 12/20, 12/23, and 1/1) to let him know that my devices were still having the same speed issues and that I'm getting a message from the VPN that the algorithm will expire soon. As of today, Jan 12, he has not responded to these issues.
Response by Telco Specialist Company: We apologize for any difficulty you've been experiencing. However, Justin's last day working for our company was 12/2/2017. If your dates are correct, you must've hired Justin to do work separately, which we prohibit our techs from doing, and discourage our customers from doing as well. We don't have any record of hire or payment received for this work. We always provide our customers with written estimates, which include our office number and company e-mail address in case there are any issues. Our final billing invoice also contains warranty periods, which we always honor. If we're unable to provide the service, we don't charge a fee.

Jarel and his team are very professional. In a moment's notice, he scheduled a visit to survey our facilities, provided a very accurate and clear plan of action to set up our VoIP cables and phones installation. The job went a little bit over than predicted due to we asked for more cables (not their fault). One of the best people I've dealt with in terms of customer service, communication, and outcome. I highly recommend them.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
