Tello s is an amazing company, I called them out of desperation as my grandmothers yard was a mess after the stay at home order was lifted. When I called for a quote to see what it would cost a gentlemen named Jose answered and he was there I m less than an hour. He walked the yard with me and gave me a quote that more than reasonable. My grandmothers home is over an acre and I had 3-4 trees that needed to be pulled. When we locked everything in Jose said his crew would be by her home at 630am on Monday. I arrived at about 615 to get settled to see that they were already there, which was awesome. When o got out of my car his guys were all incredible nice, accommodating and very assuring. With this being the first time I ever hired a landscaper I was a bit worried about what the end result would be, but from the time they arrived to the time they left I couldn t help but smile because I knew I made the right choice. We re definitely going to contract their services monthly going and I suggest if you have any landscaping needs you do the same. I can t speak on their other services but if I ever need anything I m calling them first.

Tello s was expensive and irresponsible. Their customer service was the worst I ever experienced. Their work in my yard was so poor, I had to hire another company immediately to fix several issues. Their customer service refused to fix the issues even though the work was clearly spelled out in our contract.

Trinidad and Jose were prompt, professional, and always available. We were blown away at their quote which was far less than some other professionals we spoke with and their work was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend Tello's to friends and family.

Tellos is the WORST landscaper we have ever had. Gave us quotes for landscaping and the prices were double from what other landscapers were going to charge. The plants they planted that WE PAID FOR 3 out of 5 DIED! So, we are now left to buy plants ourselves. Never knew when they were going to show up. Their crew would hit and miss mostly miss things when doing routine maintenance. They promised wonderful things and we NEVER received wonderful. We KISSY FIRED THEM! Blamed us for not paying. Trinidad promised on 2 occasions she would email us the form so they could take payment from our account. Guess what, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT. Do not get involved with them. They DO NOT hold up their end of the promises.

Jose is very efficient and listens and even gives some recommendations as a professional. His team is on time and works hard and cleans up after themselves.

The owner came out and gave the bid for the trees to be trimmed. Very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Gave a very fair price for the work in my opinion. The workers who came out were very friendly and did a great job trimming our trees. Would definitely recommend their service to others.
