Tellurian Construction

Scott was professional, efficient, communicative, and produced a beautifully crafted deck for us. We couldnâ  t have been more pleased.

Quality work, cost was reasonable. Very personable. Would hire again if we had another project

As an engineer, I work with a lot of contractors, and Scott is by far one of the best I've worked with. Scott does high quality work, is very honest and trustworthy, and personable. During our project he clearly communicated every step of the way, was willing to work with us on all sorts of design decisions, and had some very good and creative ideas of his own that we incorporated into our deck, and are very happy with the results. We had a few change order items, but Scott worked with us to keep costs down and was very good at clearly communicating the necessary increases in cost before he did the work, and kept his work within the estimates. The final product is even better than we had imagined it would be (thanks to some of Scott's ideas), and we will hire Tellurian Construction again if we have a big project like the last one. I highly recommend Scott and Tellurian Construction.

Scott was awesome!!!! He was professional, on time, gave me updates as he built, completed quickly, beautiful clean up, and follow up after!!! Scott made this a great experience and I have a wonderful deck!!

Scott and Erin are both profession and pleasant to coordinate with, as are their laborers. We felt respected and heard throughout the process from modifying a preexisting design through conception. We hired them to replace an old deck, and build a trellis that doubles as a swing set for our kids. I would certainly hire Tellurian Gardens again.

They built a new deck extension and replaced worn out boards on old part of deck. They did quality timely work in tough winter windy weather. Deck was more than 10 feet off ground and bracing they installed is sturdy. Handled permit with city of Portland and dealt well with inspector. We would hire again.

We really love our deck! The quality of work was excellent and Scott was great at helping us figure out exactly what we wanted. Great work!
