TempTrust

This is a disaster. We had a new Heater and Air Conditioner installed by TempTrust. The price was right, and it was installed about a month ago. We are selling our home, and the buyer had a home inspector check our house. He found significant installation errors such as the air intake for the heater not being installed. The system air filter rack wasn't installed, and the air filter was lying in the bottom of the duct. Wiring was done incorrectly and is a potential shock hazard. They ran the outdoor freon lines and left them uncapped and improperly insulated, and where they exit the basement, the hole was merely gooped up with silicon. To make matters worse, no permit was pulled for the installation, and no county inspector ever verified it. I called the installer direct, and he claims he quit TempTrust for bouncing his paycheck. I tried to We had a HVAC professional inspect the system, and they found additional code violations and improper ducting. And now they don't answer calls.

Dillon came out to check our a/c unit. We just bought the house and wanted to make sure everything was working great. Dillon was great! Took a look at our system running and had a good conversation about it. I will definitely call them again for maintenance and service. Great people.
