We called for a yearly inspection of our HVAC system after a recommendation from Step by Step home inspection service. The technician, Johnny was professional, and answered all our concerns. Very professional I know it was after hours but price was a little bit high All in all very happy with them.

I never felt any pressure after we received a quote. They offered us portable AC units to use while we waited for the equipment to come in, which we appreciated so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My heating stopped working this morning, and within 4 hours someone was at my house fixing it!

Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. A little too early to tell 100 percent but so far the fix seems to work. Replaced the air handler. Cost was $500. Due to inexperience not sure if cost was appropriate. As soon as I check out their cost for â Total comfort maintenance contractâ I would consider this company as my go-to company.

I called for a diagnostic service call for an outside unit that wouldnâ t run, acting like it had no power. The tech was at my door within 30min of speaking with the dispatch! He checked all on the unit and the breakers inside after which the unit came on. He determined that it was a bad breaker going out. When I went to pay the diagnostic fee he told me that since all was working and he didnâ t do any work that there was no charge!! Very professional and honest! Highly recommended.
